The Out of School Club provides wraparound care with both a Before School Club and an After School Club. Both the Before School Club and After School Club offer food for the pupils. It is based in the school hall, with the use of other areas of the school where needed (including the outside play areas). There are a range of craft activities, games, free play choices and more structured opportunities inside and outside to engage the pupils.

The club is open to all pupils at Sonning Church of England Primary School, and is available every weekday during term time.

In 2023, 100% of parents whose child/ren attends OSC would recommend it to another family, so come along and try it out!

Breakfast Club

The OSC's Before School Club (BSC) is available from 7:40am until school starts at 8:45am Monday to Friday.  It includes breakfast. The club staff walk the children into classrooms at 8:35am ready for their lessons.

After School Club

The OSC's After School Club (ASC) is available from 3:15pm to 6:00pm. The children walk from their classrooms to the club after school finishes or are collected by the club staff (depending on the age or specific need of the child). The club offers both a Part Session (which ends at 4:30pm) and a Full Session (which ends at 6:00pm).  It includes a tea time snack which is served prior to 4.30pm.
